* Our Company, South American Marine as a staunch ISSA member has been providing Ship Services in all Ecuadorian ports (Guayaquil, La Libertad, Manta, Puerto Bolivar, Posorja, Esmeraldas) for over 25 years with the provisions and engine/deck/cabine stores.

* We perform a wide-range marine repairs such as welding repairs (hull, cranes, other vessel structure elements), machinery equipment repairs of different kind, refrigeration equipment, electric, electronic, other repairs.

* Our associated workshop can repair, rebuild, rectificate or fabricate a wide range of machinery parts. Cast iron, aluminum, bronze casts are available in case if required for fabricating pump impellers, fans etc. Lathe machine works are available from small size precision parts up to the pieces with Diameter of 3 meters and length up to 6 meters. Cutting equipment, bending machines for pipes and plates, milling equipment, planing machine, gear teeth cutting equipment are available as well.

* Rotary parts dynamic balancing (Generators, el. motors, TC rotors) on high-precision equipment is available.

* We also have the equipment to perform Crane Load Tests for testing or crane survey purposes. The equipment consists of Certified and calibrated digital dynamometer with remote display and specially designed 40’ water filling container. Weight capacity is up to 50 MT.

* Underwater works, as hull/rudder inspection and cleaning, propeller polishing, underwater welding are available.

*   We can supply and connect onboard the Generator sets specially containerized for the Marine Industry with the following capacities: 900kw, 650kw, all are continuous power. Our units are able to work independent or in parallel with other generators. Containerized fuel tanks (tanktainers) ready to be loaded on board.

With all mentioned above we can provide the vessel with good and reliable integrated service, covering the most of vessel requirements in these fields.
